Technical Document Controller
📍 Location: Bucharest – Ambassador Project
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and responsible Technical Document Controller to join our team on a large-scale construction project. The role involves managing technical and construction documentation, supporting the Site Manager and the project team, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Document Controller or in a similar technical role within the construction industry
- Experience in managing technical and construction documentation is considered an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyze technical documentation and monitor project revisions
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent document management abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Performing tasks related to the role of CQ (Quality Control Representative) in accordance with the company’s internal procedures
- Preparing work procedures adapted to the project’s activities and requirements under the guidance of the Site Manager
- Managing, reviewing, and archiving the project’s technical and construction documentation (Document Controlling)
- Analyzing project documentation and monitoring changes occurring throughout the execution phase
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all documents and revisions
- Collaborating continuously with the Site Manager, the Client, and the project team to ensure efficient document management and compliance with quality requirements
