- Experience with building services systems or a willingness to gain such experience
- Confident use of CAD‑type software
- Analytical thinking, strong organizational skills and precise working style
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate construction activities on site
- Supervise subcontractors’ work
- Determine and document material requirements
- Develop technical solution proposals and prepare project‑related documentation
