We build on knowledge

For us, work is not just about completing tasks, but about creating value together.

We believe that in a supportive, inspiring environment everyone is able to give their best. Professional development, collaboration and a community where colleagues can rely on each other are all essential to us.

Behind every achievement there is a team – dedicated professionals who are stronger together than they are alone.

Behind every project we complete there are people – they are the true strength of KÉSZ.

Through our colleagues’ stories we show how they experience their daily work, what gives them energy and what belonging to the KÉSZ community means to them.

We do not speak only about projects, design, construction, and buildings, but also about people, motivations and shared values that make us credible and unique. Beyond professional competence, the way we work together, how we support one another, and the ambitions that drive us forward also matter.

This mindset is what shapes us into a real community – and keeps us moving forward together every day.

Our community life

It is important for us to be not only colleagues, but a true team. To this end, we regularly organize professional programs – team-building activities, workshops, round-table discussions, and internal training sessions – as well as community and leisure events, such as board game evenings, quiz competitions, creative workshops, or various sports activities: hiking, running and cycling competitions, skiing, and motorcycle trips. We support all initiatives that contribute to strengthening our community and reinforcing team spirit, considering that a united and motivated team is the foundation of long-term performance.

Application

If one of our positions catches your interest, you can easily apply via our career page by providing only the essential details and uploading an up‑to‑date CV.
We have kept the process simple, so submitting your application takes no more than 2 minutes.

CV screening

The CVs we receive are reviewed and evaluated within a few days by the recruiter responsible for the given position.

Feedback

If, based on the pre‑screening, we believe you are a good match for the position, we will contact you by phone to discuss the next steps.
If on this occasion we do not move forward with your application, we will inform you by email and encourage you to follow our future openings, hoping you will find a role that truly interests you.

Telephone pre-interview

During the first phone call, you and the recruiter will discuss mutual expectations, the main responsibilities of the role and your most relevant experience. If after this conversation we still see a strong match, the recruiter will present your application to the hiring manager and propose the next step in the selection process.

Interviews and selection tests

Depending on the nature and level of the position, the process may include a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 interviews. These can take place online or in person – most often we use a combination of the two. In some cases, one of the stages also includes a professional test to support the selection decision.

Offer and agreement

After the decision of the recruiter and the involved managers, we will inform you of the outcome.
In the case of a positive decision, we will first contact you by phone and then send you the offer in written form.

Tips for preparing before the interview

  • Do your research: browse our website and the channels of our group and strategic partners so you can form a general picture of us – this will help you ask targeted questions during the interview.
  • If you have any questions, feel free to contact our Recruitment and Selection Specialist – they are your primary point of contact in the process.
  • For online interviews, make sure you have a stable connection and functioning equipment and test everything in advance.
  • Based on the job description and the information received during the pre‑screening, think ahead about the key requirements of the position for which you already have relevant professional experience.
  • Reflect on your strengths, attitude, and personal qualities you would like to highlight, and prepare how you will present them clearly in the discussion.

Remember: our goal is to get to know you and to find genuine points of connection between you and the company.
