Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering
- Approximately 3 years of experience in building services engineering, or a willingness to develop the necessary knowledge and grow professionally
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate construction activities on site
- Supervise subcontractors’ work
- Determine and document material requirements
- Develop technical solution proposals and prepare project‑related documentation
