Location: Bucharest
We are looking for 2 energetic and committed colleagues for the position of Civil Engineer – Site Manager — one junior and one senior role, both available full-time, to professionally represent the KÉSZ Romania team and coordinate the execution of works directly on site.
You are the ideal candidate if:
- You have graduated from a Faculty of Civil Engineering;
- You are familiar with the applicable legislation in the construction field;
- You have an analytical and organized mindset;
- You want to develop professionally in a professional environment, alongside a strong team.
Junior Level: no previous experience is required, or you may be at the beginning of your career — what matters most is your willingness to learn and your commitment.
Senior Level: solid experience in coordinating construction sites and teams, with a proven track record of completed projects.
Your responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate activities on site;
- Supervise the execution of works carried out by subcontractors;
- Prepare material requirements;
- Maintain daily records of completed work quantities;
- Propose technical solutions and prepare project-specific documentation;
- Ensure compliance with the work schedule;
- Ensure that the works meet the client's quality requirements.
