We are looking for a new colleague to join our office team in Cluj-Napoca as an Estimation Engineer – Low-Voltage Systems.
🔎 What are we looking for?
- A university degree in electrical engineering, electronics, telecommunications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in preparing quotations or cost estimates for low-voltage systems installation projects (mandatory).
- Good computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and InterSOFT Deviz Profesional.
- The ability to read and interpret diagrams, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Knowledge of applicable standards and practical experience in quotation preparation, cost estimation, and project cost settlement.
- An organised, detail-oriented person who can manage multiple quotations simultaneously.
📋 Responsibilities
- Analysing tender documentation and technical specifications for low-voltage systems projects, including:
- Data networks
- Video surveillance systems
- Intruder alarm and access control systems
- Fire detection and alarm systems
- Intercom systems
- Preparing and verifying quantity take-offs based on technical drawings and project documentation.
- Requesting and comparing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Preparing technical and commercial proposals and cost estimates.
- Collaborating with the construction, procurement, and finance departments.
