About the Role
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to support the Human Resources team in administrative and operational activities. This role contributes to the smooth running of HR processes and helps create a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment and selection activities (posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews)
Assist with onboarding and integration processes for new employees, including internship programs
Maintain and update employee personnel records
Prepare HR-related documents (employment certificates and other employee requests)
Monitor and manage electronic timesheets and attendance records
Archive and organize documents according to internal procedures
Support the organization of internal events and HR initiatives
Provide administrative support to the HR team and HR Manager
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification
Previous experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and confidentiality
Advanced-level use of the Romanian language
