The cornerstone of the new STIHL factory in Oradea has been laid – the construction works are being carried out by KÉSZ Romania.

It is a great honor for us to be appointed as the general contractor for the construction of the new STIHL factory in Oradea.

The grounbreaking ceremony took place on March 27, 2024.

The event was attended by: Michael Traub, Chairman of the Executive Board of Stihl; Alina Silaghi, CEO of ADLO; Florin Birta, Mayor of Oradea; Ilie Bolojan, President of Bihor County Council; Mihai Jurca, City Manager of Oradea; Dr. Nikolas Stihl, Chairman of the Stihl Advisory Board; Martin Schwarz, Member of the Executive Board responsible for Production and Materials at Stihl; Dr. Michael Prochaska, Member of the Executive Board responsible for Human Resources and Legal Affairs at Stihl; Dr. Robert Feulner, CEO of Andreas Stihl Power Tools SRL Romania; Noemi Straub, Vice President and CFO, Legal & IT, Andreas Stihl Power Tools Romania; as well as representatives of KÉSZ Romania.
