KÉSZ Romania at the 4Construct event in Cluj-Napoca: leadership, innovation, and exchange of ideas in construction

On October 16, KÉSZ Romania was present at the 4Construct event in Cluj-Napoca, organized by the eDevize team, which brought together for one day leaders of the construction industry in Romania to share ideas, discuss current challenges, and present solutions.

Attila Puskás, Contracting Director of KÉSZ Romania, took part in the ‘Leadership & Change Management’ panel, where he spoke about the real challenges of leading teams, adapting to an uncertain economic environment, and turning obstacles into opportunities.
