KÉSZ Romania is designing and constructing the new Artificial Intelligence Research Institute for the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca.

Within the new project of the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (UTCN), a research institute in artificial intelligence will be established, accessible to both master’s and doctoral students, as well as faculty members and researchers.

The new research institute is organically integrated into the university’s master’s program “Artificial Intelligence in Construction,” supporting teaching, research, and the practical application of modern technologies in the field of construction.

The contract for the design and construction of the facility was jointly awarded to KÉSZ Romania and SDC Proiect under an integrated design-and-build contract.
