The restoration of architectural heritage requires coordination, precision and a shared commitment from all parties involved.

An important milestone has been reached in the façade restoration of the central building of the University of Art and Design in Cluj-Napoca, also known as the Wolphard–Kakas House. The works carried out so far mark significant progress in the preservation and renewal of this historic building.

KÉSZ Romania contributed to the project as general contractor, ensuring the coordination and execution of the works in line with the established standards.
