Design of the Ghimeș SPA & Wellness Center

At the request of Forestaron SRL, the KÉSZ Romania design team prepared the structural design for the Ghimeș SPA & Wellness Center in Lunca de Jos. The building, with a ground floor and one upper level, is constructed on flat foundations and features a reinforced concrete load-bearing structure, largely composed of masonry elements partially supported by columns. The complex is connected to the neighboring hotel via a covered corridor, whose structure consists of a reinforced concrete retaining wall and a column system. The project aimed to create a modern wellness center that harmoniously integrates into the Ghimeș landscape and contributes to enhancing the region’s tourism appeal.
