Zes Zollner Electronic I.+II.+III.

Since 2011 KÉSZ Romania has taken part in several phases of the expansion of ZES Zollner Electronic’s microelectronics plant.

In the first phase, in 2011, we designed and built a 5,056 m² extension to the production and storage areas, including the structural works, façade construction and interior fit-out.

In the second phase, in 2020, the production and warehouse space was enlarged by a further 7,060 m². In this stage our scope again covered the full design and general contracting: an industrial hall on isolated reinforced-concrete pad foundations, with a precast concrete primary structure and secondary steel members, three-layer plinth panels, sandwich-panel wall cladding and a high-profile trapezoidal sheet roof. Part of the hall is provided with a mezzanine level accommodating technical rooms and offices.

Throughout the project KÉSZ Romania delivered the complete architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical works, building a long-term, trust-based partnership with the client.
